Orders & Payments

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship within the U.S. only

When will my order ship?

Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.Why made-to-order? Producing items on demand allows us to reduce waste and create each piece with intention.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?

Because many of our items are produced in limited runs, All Sales are Final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’ve got you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because orders move quickly and are made to order, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Do you collaborate with brands or accept sponsorships?

Yes. AW Confidential selectively partners with brands, creators, and organizations that align with our values and community. We’re especially interested in collaborations rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and impact.

How can I inquire about a collaboration or sponsorship?
